 Serenity was
established in June 2001 with the idea of
enhancing the regular beauty treatments by
offering in addition the spa experience at
affordable prices and at a convenient in-town
location. The spa experience is based on using
water and natural seaweed-based products to
pamper, de-stress and improve overall well
being. When you come to Serenity we want you to relax - our objective is to provide a top quality treatment combined with excellent customer care and value for money. Since opening we have built a large client base with 90% repeat customers and over 60% of new customers by recommendation. We offer a full range of spa treatments - facials, body treatments, massage, manicures, pedicures – and before your treatment you can use our hydrotherapy spa which has soothing massage jets to ease away tension. All our therapists are qualified to NVQ3 or above and whilst working at Serenity have a continuous training and development programme. Our salon gained Investors In People accreditation in September 2005. We have 3 treatment rooms so we can accommodate small groups wanting to come along together. We are mainly ‘Ladies Only’ but we do offer men’s treatments on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings after 5:30pm. Hope to see you soon! |
